The Service is currently provided free of charge as part of an invite-only pilot programme. By joining the pilot you agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify or end the pilot, or your access to it, at any time and without notice. These terms will be updated before any paid service is launched.
The Service is intended for use by parents and guardians (“parents”) to support their child's preparation for the 11+ examination. You must be at least 18 years old to register. By registering, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child whose profile you create, and that you have the authority to provide that child's information to us.
Children under the age of 13 must not create accounts directly. The parent account is the point of access for all children on the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@quantumquirks.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
We collect and process the following personal data:
We use this data solely to provide the Service — generating targeted practice papers, maintaining your child's learning profile, and sending you progress communications. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Our lawful basis for processing is legitimate interests (providing the educational service you have requested) and, for children's data, consent provided by the parent at registration.
Data is stored on servers within the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage and HTTPS in transit.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will erase all personal data within 30 days. Pilot programme data will not be retained for more than 24 months from the date of collection unless you have transitioned to a paid plan.
Practice papers, study plans, and other content generated by the Service are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell generated content. All AI-generated content is produced on Quantum Quirks's behalf and ownership of such content vests in Quantum Quirks to the extent permitted by law.

The Service is provided “as is” during the pilot period with no warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee exam results or any specific educational outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum Quirks's total liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed £0 (as the Service is provided free of charge during the pilot).
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under English law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email to your registered address before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
